Obituary

Brian Michael Winer 28, of Londonderry, passed away surrounded by those who loved and knew him best on Wednesday, March 26 at Massachusetts General Hospital. Brian had endured a two year battle with stage IV Metastatic Melanoma of the brain, and although his loss has left so many heartbroken, all are comforted by the peace he will now find. Brian was born September 27, 1985 in Boston, MA the youngest son and child of Beatrice (Dupont) Winer and the late Daniel Michael Winer.
Brian was an accomplished chef, creating sumptuous dishes with a skill that belied his years, and will certainly leave many hungering for more. His passion for food was undeniable, and the joy he found in sharing this love with others brought him his greatest sense of fulfillment. Brian spent all of his short life working to make the father he lost at a young age proud, and Brian can rest knowing there is no one his father would be more proud of to call his son.
Brian was a wonderful musician, a devoted Bruins and Patriots fan, but above all else, his life was enriched by the unbreakable bond he shared with his family and friends. To know Brian was to love him, and the outpouring of love and support he experienced not only during his illness, but throughout his life, was second to none.
As Brian rejoins his father, he leaves his mother, Beatrice (Dupont) Winer, his three sisters Jessica (Winer) Leavitt, Amy-Lynne Briggs, and Gabrielle (Winer) Hampton, his two brothers Daniel Briggs and Jacob Winer, his brothers-in-law Noel Leavitt, Joseph Tenters, and Ken Martel, and five nieces and nephews, Rachel, Adam, Eden, Dash, and Benjamin.
