Joyce M. (Gallant) Terrio, 72, a resident of Lawrence, died on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the Lawrence General Hospital.
She was born in Fitchburg, MA, and educated in Lawrence. She worked as a Stamper at Lawrence Made Shoe Company and later worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant at Henry C. Nevins Home in Methuen until her retirement.
She is survived by her four brothers: Brian Gill of Arizona, Gary Gill of Lawrence, Bruce Gill of South Carolina, William Gill of Windham, NH, and two sisters Sharon Moury of Lawrence, and Robyn Thomas of Cape Cod, And her longtime friend Catherine Bertrand of Lawrence, as well as several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her mother Eileen Gill and her brother Kenneth Gill.
Friends may call on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM and Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM, following the calling hours a funeral service will take place at 11:00AM at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. 122 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA, 01841.
