Elaine L. Laflamme, 82, of Milan, passed away on Sunday March 23, 2014 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. She was born in Berlin on March 26, 1931 the daughter of Arthur and Marion (Allen) Lemelin and was a lifelong resident of the area. She had been employed as a cook at the Errol Restaurant, loved camping and loved her cat and dog.
Family members include her sons Rick Laflamme and wife Debbie of Berlin, Butch Laflamme and wife Jeanne of Berlin and Mike Laflamme of Berlin; daughter Elaine (Bunny) Laflamme and significant other Ralph Sweatt of Errol; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Richard G. Laflamme, Sr. and siblings Paul Lemelin, Arthur “Joe” Lemelin, Lillian Welch and Shirley Lemelin.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday March 27, 2014 at 11 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 4 to 7 PM. Donations in her memory may be made to the Berlin Home Health Department, 168 Main St., Berlin, NH, 03570.
