Donald R. Russell, 81, of Brooksville, FL died March 17, 2014 at Lee Memorial Hospital in Ft. Myers, FL after a sudden illness.
He was born June 10, 1932 in Linton, IN to Clyde and Delonor (Gabbert) Russell.
He was a train conductor for Con-Rail and a member of the Wesleyan Church.
Survivors include his daughters, Connie (Terry) Chambers and Cindy (Bruce) Beck; step-daughter
Janice Rogers-Harris and stepson, Clinton Joel (Cyndy) Huffman; four grandchildren, Sarah Chambers, Jacob Beck, Jesse Beck and Jennifer Russell; several great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan (Huffman) Russell and his son Donald Russell.
Service will be 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 22 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with burial in East Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. at the funeral home.
