Carole S. Wallace, 69, passed away Monday, March 17, 2014 at Rockford Health Rehab Center. She was a retired Communications Director for Tri County Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Wallace and her brother, Sidney Sipes, Jr. She is survived by her sons, Randall “John” Mosley III and Roy W. Mosley (Gala); stepchildren, Gerald Wallace (Cathy) and Susan Jones (Duane); two brothers, Haral Sipes (Sue), Roy Gene Sipes (Nancy); sister Linda Kincaid; twenty grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be 10am Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation will be 1 pm to 8 pm on Thursday.
