Francis E. O'Connell of Medford died Saturday in the Courtyard Nursing Care Center in Medford. Born in Somerville, he was the son of the late Michael J. and Elizabeth (Covert) O'Connell, and the loving brother of Margaret Ferrante and her husband Anthony of Medford. At the request of the family, services will be private. Late Navy veteran, World War II.
