Louis Eugene Taylor, 76, of Greenville, South Carolina died Friday, March 14, 2014, at Saint Francis Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2014, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. Joseph Crumley will officiate with burial to follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 17, 2014, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mr. Taylor was born on February 20, 1938in Omega and was the son of Willie Taylor and Tillie McDaniel Taylor, both deceased. He was a retired plumber and a member of Judson Masonic Lodge 319, where he was past master.
Mr. Taylor is survived by his brother, Jesse Taylor of Lavonia and his sister, Clara Marlowe of Powdersville, South Carolina.
