Jennie M. (Molignano) Davis, a resident of Lawrence and formerly of Wilmington, died at her son's home on Monday, March 10, 2014. She was 80 years old.
Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on July 6, 1933, she was the beloved daughter of the late Philip and Mary Molignano. Jennie was a very devoted mother and grandmother, alway's putting her families needs before her own. She enjoyed gardening around her home,and cooking. She also loved traveling, especially to Disney World. Jennie was a very energetic and independent person her whole life.
She will be very sorely missed by her loving son's; Glenn J. Steeves of Methuen, John R. Steeves of Lawrence and Gerald J. Steeves of Andover, brother's; Sammy LaGrassa of Boxford and Philip Molignano, grandchildren; Jason, Jeremy, Alex, Tiffany and John and great-grandchildren; Julian, Joshua, Kyla, Jeremy, James, Elijah and Benjamin.
Her funeral service will be celebrated in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at 1 pm. Visitation will be held in the funeral home, prior to the service, from 11 am to 1 pm. Interment will be private.
