LACONIA – Robert Jacques, 74, of 175 Blueberry Lane, died Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Laconia Rehabilitation Center.
He was born on September 9, 1939 in Laconia, the son of Henry and Yvonne (Bileveau) Jacques. He served in the US Army and worked for several years for Central NH Die as a machinist. He also worked for over 20 years as a dishwasher for the Margate Resort in Laconia. He loved fishing and was an avid bingo player.
He is survived by his two daughters, Helen Baker and her husband Timothy Sr. of Gilmanton and Carol Jacques of Utah, two grandchildren, Teena Roberts of New Boston and Timothy Baker Jr. of Gilmanton and four great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Tina (Kym) Jacques in 2002 and one sister, Rita Jacques.
There will be no calling hours.
Graveside services will be held at a later date.
