TEWKSBURY - Anne Marie Deming, 70, a resident of North Andover for the past six years, died peacefully on Tuesday, March 4, at Lawrence General Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born August 13, 1943 in Hartford, CT, a daughter of the late Thomas and Agnes (Nawrocki) Deming, and was raised in Tewksbury. She remained in town until retiring to North Andover in 2007. She was a member of the Tewksbury Memorial High School’s Class of 1963.
While raising her family, Anne Marie worked as a secretary or administrative clerk most of her career, and eventually retired from Tewksbury Hospital’s administrative staff.
She was lovingly described as having devoted her life to her family, friends and her dog, Zoe.
She leaves her two sons, Normand Laurin Jr. and his wife Teresa (Hanagan) of Beverely, MA and Paul V. Laurin and his wife Susan Michelle (Diamantas) of North Andover; five adored grandchildren, Jamie Leigh Laurin, and Jessica Laurin both of Bridgewater, Jacob Laurin and Joshua Laurin both of Beverly, and Marc Marotta of North Andover; two sisters, Eileen Larry of Tewksbury and Raphaela Deming of VT; a sister-in-law, Diane (Procopio) Deming who was the wife of her brother, the late Thomas L. Deming; and several nieces and nephews.
