Obituary

Worcester - Edward H. Watson, 80, of Worcester, died on Wednesday, February 26th in the Golden Living Center – Hermitage after an illness.

Mr. Watson was married for 41 years to Claire R. (Landry) Watson who died in 1998. He is survived by his two daughters, Debora M. Breen and her husband John P. of Worcester and Linda A. Watson and two grandsons, Shawn Breen and his wife Kristen of North Oxford and Brendan Breen and his girlfriend, Mary Nugent of Worcester.

Edward was born in Worcester, son of the late Thomas F. and Ila M. (Carroll) Watson and proudly served in the United States Army.

He worked for over 30 years as an electroplater and retired in 1999 from Reliable Electroplating. He was an avid collector of Worcester Memorabilia and enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family.

Private funeral services were held. Burial was in Hope Cemetery, Worcester. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester handled arrangements.
