Obituary

Mrs. Romayne Margaret (Cunningham) Keller, age 93 and a resident of Andover and formerly of Medford, died at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, New Hampshire on Sunday, March 2, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Lewis C. Keller.
Born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania on March 1, 1921, she was the beloved daughter of the late Bernard G. and Thelma L. (Burdick) Cunningham. Mrs. Keller was a Navy Nurse and was employed as a Registered Nurse for many years by the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. In her spare time, Romayne enjoyed bowling with her family and friends and playing tennis. She and her husband, Lewis, enjoyed entertaining in their home and were members of the Couples Club in Medford. Romayne and Lewis were the first in their family to move east from Pennsylvania and were followed by the rest of their family. Above all, Romayne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her loving children; Douglas W. and his wife Joanne T. Keller of Hadley, Randall L. Keller of Bradford, Laraine A. and her husband Donald J. Cowan of Methuen, Scott A. and his wife Sandra L. Keller of Methuen and Kristine L. and her husband Mark L., Sr. Jannini of Barnstead, New Hampshire, siblings; William and his wife Mary Cunningham of Worcester, Janet and her husband Edward Vaters of Mashpee, Wayne and his wife Sue Cunningham of Chelmsford and Karen Ortolino of Dracut, grandchildren; Cynthia, Dwayne, Tanasi, Matthew, Brian, Carolyn, Jennifer, Grant, Joy, Brian, Gregory, Cameron, Colby, Karalee, Mark Jr. and Justin, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Kenneth L. Keller and mother-in-law of Barbara J. Keller of Haverhill and the late Janet D. Keller.
Her funeral service will be celebrated in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, from 4 to 8 PM. Interment will be held in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, West Peabody.
