Thomas James Karl Hoyland “Tom,Tommy", age 45, of Natick Massachusetts entered into eternal rest , with his loving wife by his side in Beth Israel Hospital on February 26th after a courageous battle with cancer.
Tom was born in Framingham, Massachusetts on July twenty-fourth 1969. His parents were Maryann Walsh and Raymond Hoyland. He was a graduate of the Fryeburg Academy in Maine. He was married to Josemeire Hoyland in 1993. He was a mortage broker for many years and went in to buying, rehabbing and selling properties. In 2009 Tom moved with his family to Brazil where he owned an american style restaurant and pizzaria called “Gringo’s” and moved back to the United States in 2011.
He had quite an affinity for nature and camping and was a very pensive and curious individual. He loved spending time with his family, cooking as well as socializing and talking to people. He bonded with many people who enjoyed his charismatic and humorous personality, as well as his support and wisdom. His generosity and kindness will be remembered by those he loved as well as those who loved him. He was a faithful member of The Bridge Metrowest church in Natick.
He adored his family and friends, and through them he will live on.
He is survived by his wife Josemeire Martins Hoyland from Brazil and his two daughters Olivia Martins Hoyland (17) and Isabella Lois Martins Hoyland (7), his parents Raymond Hoyland (Harwich), Mary Ann Walsh (W. Yarmouth).
His grand-parents (mothers side) Allan James Brown and Lois Brown from Natick, his uncles Jimmy Brown (Natick) and William Brown (Holliston) . Also by his grandmother Maria Hoyland (Wellesley) , Aunt Erica Webster, uncle Rhine Hoyland and aunt Ingrid Clark from his father’s side.
A memorial Service will take place in the near future at the Bridge Metrowest Church in Natick, Ma
