Decker, Conrad “Neal”, 86, of Louisville passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014. He was retired from Rohm Polynex and a member of Valley Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha Louise Decker and step-son, Kerry Scott. Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane (Rogers) Decker; children, Diane Marie Phillips and Barbara Ann Satterly (Jim); grandchildren, Lonnie Phillips, Rhonda Hodges, Tonya Basey, Joanna Wilkinson, Monica Mouser, Michelle Scott, Sean Scott, Lindsay Scott, and Brett Scott; 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Conrad will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial to follow at St. Andrews Cemetery.
