Wilma J. (Ingram) Wynn, age 83, of Norton passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard F. Wynn.
Born in Tennessee City, Tennessee on May 7, 1930, she was a loving daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (McElhiney) Ingram. She grew up and was educated in Tennessee.
Mrs. Wynn had made her home in Norton for over 50 years and when younger had lived in Mansfield. She was a retired inspector, having worked at Shield Manufacturing in Attleboro for many years.
Wilma lived her life in a simple way. Her main concern was focused on her adoring family of whom she loved so much, and she enjoyed the pleasure of relaxing in the comfort of her home.
She was the devoted and loving mother of Michael Wynn of Tennessee, Ricky Wynn and his wife Denise of Rehoboth and the late Kathy Corral and Bonnie Wynn. She was the dear sister of June Spurlock of Ohio, Christine Blanton of Tennessee, J.C. Brazzell, Jr. of Ohio and the late Pearl Fambrough. She is also survived by her cherished 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Monday, March 3rd at 10:00 A.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp St. (Off Route 140, Taunton Ave.) Norton. Burial will follow in the Spring Brook Cemetery, Mansfield.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, March 2nd from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home.
