Paul R. LaRochelle, III, 27, of Auburn died Monday, February 24th in Chicago, IL. He leaves his parents, Paul R. LaRochelle, Jr. and Paula (Powers) LaRochelle of Auburn; a sister, Kimberly Ann O’Brien and her husband, Donald of Worcester; his aunt, Pauline LaRochelle of Southbridge as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends.
He was born in Worcester and graduated from Auburn High School and was proud to be a member of the class of 2004. He attended Columbia College Chicago. He worked as a receptionist at several hair salons which he loved because this gave him the opportunity to meet new people and make new friendships. Paul enjoyed his time spent with family while vacationing in Maine each summer. He loved pop culture and music especially that of Britney Spears. Paul enjoyed singing, dancing and spending time with his friends. He had a way of lighting up a room with his infectious smile. It was not on purpose. It was a byproduct of his personality. He touched the lives of many people near and far. He will be missed by each and every one of them.
The funeral is Saturday, March 1st from O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester with a Mass at 10:30 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Saint John's Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday, February 28th from 4:00 until 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
