Obituary

CONCORD, NH: William A. Rowe, Jr., 61, died surrounded by his family, Monday, February 17, 2014 in the Concord Hospital following an extended illness.
Born in Lynn, MA on December 3, 1952, he was the son of Janice A. (Harris) Beaulieu of Beverly and the late William A. Rowe, Sr.
Bill worked as a graphic artist, until illness forced him to leave work. He so enjoyed fishing that he would often drive hours (or have brother Jerry drive him for hours) stopping at the usual favorite spots and always searching for that new, ultimate fishing spot. As a young man Bill was always up for a pickup game of basketball, baseball or could be found playing hockey and excelled at all. He was an outstanding artist, and a natural at playing the drums and guitar. He will be sorely missed.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Jessica Serlis and her husband, John of Beverly; a son, Justin Rowe of Virginia; two grandsons, Jonathan Rowe and Andrew Serlis; his siblings, Helen Buchanan and her husband, Daniel, James Rowe and his wife, LeAnn, Gerald Rowe and his wife, Sharon, Robert Moser and his wife, Mary, Fred Moser, Barbara Stickney, Charles Beaulieu and his wife, Robyn and Lara Perkins and her husband, Brian; stepmother, Barbara Rowe and girlfriend, Kristi Phillips.
His funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st in the Grondin Funeral Home, 376 Cabot St., Beverly at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to your favorite charity.
