Obituary

Manchester– Madeleine A. Labore, 87, died February 23, 2014 at Hackett Hill Nursing Home following a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester on December 13, 1926 the daughter of Felix and Germaine (Martel) Brunelle and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
Prior to her retirement she had worked for local shoe manufacturers, Chicopee Textiles and the Concord Unemployment Office.
She was a member of the Concord Christian Women’s Club, Grace Capital Church, and volunteered at the Interfaith Food Pantry in Pembroke.
She was young at heart and an avid knitter. She loved spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband Walter J. Labore on February 10, 2001 and by one son, David Labore in September of 1961.
Members of her family include 3 sons, Francis Labore and his wife Charlotte of Morgantown, NC,
Michael Labore and his wife Janet of Merrimack, Andrew Labore of Manchester, 3 daughters, Denise Wilder and her husband Rich of Clearwater, FL., Lorraine Bilodeau and her husband David of Manchester, Lynne Labore of Los Angeles, CA, 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers Joseph Brunelle and his wife Rita of Bedford, Gerald Brunelle and his wife Renee of Ottawa, Canada one sister, Lillian Beaudet of Goffstown, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 10 AM to 12 noon at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.. A funeral service will be at 11:30 AM during the calling hours.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 2 Wall St., Manchester, NH 03101.
