Vanasse, Paul Joseph 74, of Plymouth, passed away at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston on February 22. Beloved husband of Jeanne (Sanger) Vanasse of Plymouth. Father of Peter Vanasse of Middleboro and Brian Vanasse of LaGrange, KY. Grandfather of Brian Jr. and Jonathan Vanasse. He also leaves a brother Ronald Vanasse of Brockton, 2 sisters Carole Clemence of Wareham, Shirley Park of Middleboro and many nieces and nephews. Brother of the late Henry O. Vanasse Jr.
Paul was born in New Bedford the son of Henry and Germaine (Spirlet) Vanasse. He graduated from Boston Trade School. After High School he served 4 years in the United States Air Force. Paul owned and operated “The Meeting Place” restaurant in Dennisport. He also worked as a machinist at Richards Micro Tool and at GTC Falcon in Plymouth. All services will be private.
