New Bedford – Barry H. Millette, 52, of New Bedford died October 19, 2004 after a long illness.
Mr. Millette was born in Camden, NJ, son of Vivian L. (Newberry) Millette of New Bedford and the late Hormidas Millette, Jr., and was a lifelong resident of New Bedford. He was employed as a commercial fisherman by various local fishing vessels.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister: Lynne Garcia of Florida; a brother: Allan L. Millette of New Bedford; a step-brother: John DeLucca and his wife Carol of Florida; his maternal grandmother: Louise Cote of Fairhaven; his paternal grandmother: Mary Millette of Acushnet; and 5 nephews: John DeLucca of New Bedford, Jay DeLucca of Florida, Michael Garcia of Dartmouth, Jeffrey Garcia of Dartmouth and Timmey Garcia of Florida.
At the request of the family, services will be private.
