HEALY, Marie T. of Winthrop, passed away Feb. 18, 2014, at the age of 59. Loving daughter of Marie T. (O’Connell) Healy and late Commander Robert J. Healy. of Winthrop. Dear sister of Robert J. Healy Jr. of Winthrop and Lori A. ViVeiros of Wilmington. Cherished aunt of Justine Healy, Tonimae Falabella and Brenna & Spirit Healy. Dear niece of Virginia O’Connell of NH. Also survived by cousins Trudy and Rob Crowell, Charles and July Benson, Mary Alice and John Miller, Maureen and Bill Kilroy, Matthew O’Connell, Edmund O’Connell Jr, Al Shamhart Jr, Mary and Peter Lewis, John and Robin O’Connell, Kevin and Deb O’Connell, Patricia and Doug Maxham, Kathleen Swanson, Jack and Maryanne Marr, Diana O’Connell and Joanne Beaudry. Marie was born and raised in Winthrop. She attended Mt. St. Joseph Academy in Brighton, followed by her Bachelor Degree from Regis College in Weston. Marie was also a devoted member of the Catholic Alumni of Boston. Funeral from the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home, 210 Winthrop St., WINTHROP, on Tues., Feb. 25 at 9am. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church, Winthrop, at 10am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Interment will be in Winthrop Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held in the funeral home on Monday, Feb. 24th only from 2-4 & 7-9.
