Passed away suddenly on February 11, 2014. Preceded in death by father Kenneth Lowe. Survived by devoted husband of 47 years, Michael; sons Gregory (Michelle) & Kevin; many grandchildren & great grandchildren; mother Josephine Lowe; sister Karen (Gary) Paulson; brother Mike Lowe; canine companion Sienna; many friends & former coworkers. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday (2/18) 10:30 AM at BLESSED SACRAMENT CHURCH AT THE ST. THOMAS THE APOSTLE SITE, 2119 E. Stillwater Ave., St. Paul. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Monday 4-7 PM with prayer service 7 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, & one hour prior to Mass at church.
