Obituary

Karbott, Virginia Ruth (Glendye) 67, passed away at home in Plymouth on February 9, surrounded by her loving family. She leaves her husband John M. Karbott of Plymouth, her children David Hagan of Plymouth, William Hagan of Marlboro, NH, Tom Hagan, and Kevin Hagan both of Plymouth and Jennifer Nolan of Plymouth. She also leaves 8 grandchildren.
Virginia was born in Brockton the daughter of Alexander and Doris (Hayward) Glendye. She grew up in Weymouth and graduated from Weymouth High School. She was a member of The Second Church of Plymouth in Manomet and also attended the Chiltonville Congregational Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home 619 State Road (Rte 3A) Plymouth (Manomet) on Friday February 14 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at the Second Church of Plymouth (corner of White Horse Road and State Road) Manomet, on Saturday February 15, at 11:00 AM. Burial will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Virginia’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5 Manley St., W. Bridgewater, MA 02379
