Andrew M. Roy, 95, of Concord, MA passed away on Friday February 7, 2014 at the Walden Rehab and Nursing Center in Concord, MA. He was born in Berlin, NH on November 7, 1918 the son of Marc and Delia (Ouellette) Roy and had lived in the Cambridge-Arlington, MA area since 1966. Andrew was a graduate of Berlin High School. He had served in the US Army and had worked for Combine Insurance Co. for many years. In his earlier years, he had worked at McCready’s Dairy in Berlin.
Andrew is survived by nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy (McCready) Roy on Aug. 26, 2012, by a brother George, two sisters Olive and Flora.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for both Andrew and Dorothy at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin, NH in the spring at a date and time to be announced. Interment will follow in the St. Kieran Cemetery. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
