Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday at 8 am. Funeral Mass in St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 9am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visiting Hours Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9pm.
Obituary
Peter J. “PJ” MacLean died unexpectedly Sunday morning at his home. He was born and raised in Brockton and moved to Bridgewater in the 7th grade. While a resident of Brockton he was a student of St. Edward’s School, and while living in Bridgewater attended Bridgewater-Raynham High School where he was on the Wrestling Team, winning many awards. Previously, he had been employed as a machine operator at SelecTech, Inc. in Taunton. He enjoyed music, working on cars, his Harley Davidson, working out, spending time with his loving grandfather, his children and family.
He is survived by his two children Brittney-Ann and Devon MacLean of Taunton, his grandparents Joseph and Elizabeth Ripley of Bridgewater who raised him; one brother Christopher P. Payton of Middleboro, his aunts and uncles Robin Moniz of Bridgewater, Lynn Kunz of Bridgewater, Steven Anderson of Florida, Holly Wilson of Whitman and Wayne Anderson of East Bridgewater, his father Peter A. MacLean of Brockton, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, three nieces and one nephew. He was the son of the late Pamela (Anderson) MacLean and nephew of the late Melissa Ripley
