Sister Linda M. Lully, CSJ
Augusta, GA- Please pray for the repose of the soul of Sister Linda Marie Lully, CSJ (S.Grace Edmund) who died on February 4, 2014 at Trinity Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Sister Linda Marie was born on September 27, 1938, in New York to Edmund Louis and Grace Irene (Uhrhane) Lully. She entered the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet on September 15, 1956, and made her final profession on August 6, 1964.
Sister Linda taught English at St. Joseph High School in Atlanta, St. Thomas Aquinas High School in St. Louis, Valle High School in Ste. Genevieve, MO, and Aquinas High School in Augusta.
In 1996, Sister Lully began her seventeen year association with St. Joseph Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. She served as an Office Coordinator, and receptionist. She retired in September, 2013.
Sister Linda Marie is survived by her brother Edmund L. Lully, Jr. (Sandra C.) of Spartanburg, SC, sisters, Elizabeth Lully Millard (Ken) of Waldeck, Saskatchewan, Canada, Grace Lully White of Florence, Al; sister-in-law, Sandra E. Lully of Charlotte, NC; and 4 nieces and 6 nephews. She was predeceased by brother, Phillip E. Lully.
Visitation will be held at St. Mary’s Church at 11:00 on Friday, February 7th followed by a funeral Mass at 12:00 noon. Burial will take place following Mass at Westover Cemetery.
