Manchester– Gina M. Frederickson Annis, 50, died January 27, 2014 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born on October 5, 1963 in Naperville, IL. the daughter of Marion (Caci) and the late Carl J. Frederickson Jr.
She graduated from West High School in 1981 and Keene State College with a B. S. degree in Business in 1985. She spent much of her career working as a successful sales representative in the southern Florida area. She moved back to NH to be close to family and friends in 2005.
Her greatest love was her son Scotty, an unexpected gift born 6 years ago. He became the center of her universe and she was so proud of his accomplishments this year in first grade.
Gina loved a good joke, a witty prank, and a lively gathering of her family and friends. Her laugh was infectious and she maintained her sense of humor throughout her illness. She will always be remembered for her outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality as she had the ability to light up any room she entered.
She is survived by her son, Scott A. Annis of Manchester, her mother, Marion Frederickson of Manchester, brothers, Peter Frederickson and daughter Lee of Boise, ID, Mark Frederickson, his wife Loriann of Villages, FL., and Ramstein Air Base, Germany, sister, Deborah Buccini, husband Ron and daughters Callie and Cara of Hampton, brother Paul Frederickson and Nancy of Milton FL., sister, Rosalie Boutin and her husband Daniel and their daughters Monique and Christina of York, ME.
A special thanks goes out to the incredible staff at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack NH, and the Regency Agency and the Moore Center in Manchester, whose assistance allowed Gina to stay at home with her son Scotty as long as possible.
Calling hours will be Friday from 4 to 8 PM at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St..
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 AM in St. Elizabeth Seton Church.
