Dorothy (Rose) DeMello, 84, of Acushnet died January 16, 2014 at St. Luke's Hospital.
She was the wife of the late Albert DeMello, Jr.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Cabral) Rose, she lived in New Bedford and Acushnet.
Survivors include her daughter, Colleen DaCosta of New Bedford; a brother, Arthur Rose of New Bedford; a sister, Irene Gonsalves of Coco Beach, FL; a granddaughter, Dawn Norman of New Bedford; 4 great-grandchildren, Ciera Norman, Bryan James, Brandon James and Robert Norman; and several nieces and nephews.
Her Graveside Service will be held on Monday, February 10th at 10 AM in St. John's Cemetery.
