WORCESTER-Lempi M. (Pelto) McDonough, 95, formerly of Hooper Street, died Wednesday, October 13th in the Lutheran Home. Her husband, John J. McDonough died in 1974. She leaves a sister Aili Carlson and a brother, Irja Kolistoya both of Finland, her godson, William Bylund of Auburn, a cousin, Anne E. (Isaacson) Garland of Hanson, nephews and nieces in Finland. She was born in Worcester the daughter of Isak and Hilda Pelto and has lived here all of her life.
The funeral service is Monday, October 18th at 10:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will be held from 9:00 until 10:00 the morning of the funeral.
