Floyd Grant Ward, Jr., 86, of Anderson died at his residence January 19, 2014 after a brief illness.
He was born September 18, 1927 in Anderson, to Floyd G and Mona (Yeagley) Ward.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He was a mechanic.
Survivors include Dencil Ward, Sheryl Moore, Toni Blinson and Patty Gordon and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 23 at 1:00 P.M. in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery where military rites will be provided by VFW Post 266 Honor Guard and the National Guard Honors.
