Lewis, Martha Sue, 70 of Louisville passed away Monday January 20, 2014 at the Hosparus Care Center.
Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Thomas “Tom” Lewis; son Michael A. Lewis; brother, David Lee Dixon; father, William Dixon.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday.
