Joshua Michael Goodwin, age 16, of Brockton, died unexpectedly Monday, January 13, 2014. He was the loving son of Walter S. Cochrane and Opal M. Goodwin. Lifelong of Brockton, Joshua was a junior at Brockton High School, and a member of its Jr. ROTC program. He enjoyed working on cars with his father and loved animals.
In addition to his parents, Joshua is survived by his brothers Kevin Payne of Brockton, Natham Cochrane and Scott MacDougall both of Maine; his grandmother Karen Viola and her husband Nick; William Goodwin and his wife Karen; Leah Bauer and Richard Cochrane.
A Memorial Gathering will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday, January 18, from 1-4pm.
