Obituary

Louis J. DiCicco of Framingham died on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at the Mary Ann Morse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Natick. He was eighty-nine years old.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts on November 4, 1924, he was raised in Natick and attended Natick High School. Mr. DiCicco enlisted in the United States Navy and served our country proudly during World War II.

After his military career, Louie started his other career as an elevator constructor and Union Member and worked the rest of his life in this field.

Family meant everything to him especially his grandchildren. Louie enjoyed golf, tennis, fresh water fishing, playing cards and Bingo.

He was a member of St. Patrick’s Church of Natick and the Natick Elks. He was the devoted husband of the late Ruth G. (Marqus) DiCicco. Loving father of Stephanie Aquilino & her husband Jim of Walpole, Michael DiCicco & his wife Nancy of Milford, Lisa Barnard & her husband Doug of Billerica.

Cherished grandfather of Christine Brown & her husband Bob of Las Vegas, Nicole Aquilino of Millis, Michael DiCicco of Milford, Julie Silva also of Milford & Drew & Ryan Barnard, both of Billerica. Great Grampa of C.J. & Anna DiCicco.

Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & close friends.

Funeral from the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St., at Natick Common on Tuesday, January 21st at 9:00AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Patrick Church, 44 E. Central St., Natick at 10:00AM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited.

Visiting hours Monday from 4:00-7:00PM. Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery, Natick with Military Honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Louis’ memory may be made to the Mary Ann Morse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, 45 Union St., Natick, MA 01760.
