Marvel Maria Farrior, age 68, passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston on January 10, 2014. Beloved wife of H. Edward Farrior of Plymouth; loving mother of Paige Doherty and son-in-law Robert of NH, and Robyn Levirne and son-in-law Jacob of Scituate; devoted grandmother of Alexander Doherty, and Autumn and Piper Levirne. She also leaves five sisters and two brothers, Jo-Ann Wise and Robert Deehan both of Sandwich, Gene Deehan of West Palm Beach, FL, Linda Gettemy of Mount Pleasant, PA, Joyce McComb of Wilbraham, Karen Migliozzi of Fort Myers, FL, Mary Jane Vadnais of Naples, FL, and several nieces and nephews. Marvel was born in Casablanca, Morocco, the daughter of James and Maria (Contu) Deehan. She grew up in Brockton and was a 1963 graduate of Brockton High School. She loved her family and traveling and had made her home in Plymouth for over 30 years. Marvel formed an immediate connection with everyone she met. She was vivacious, thoughtful, generous, strong, and had an inspiring love of life. The world will miss her beautiful, vibrant smile. Visitation will be at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Road (Route 3A), Plymouth (Manomet) on Saturday January 18th from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. All other services will be private.
