Obituary

MARLBOROUGH: Carol Ann Lanoue, 47, died peacefully and comfortably surrounded by her family on December 25, 2013 at the Miriam Boyd Parlin Hospice Residence in Wayland following a brief illness.
She was born in Marlborough on May 26, 1966 the daughter of the late Norman C. Lanoue and Virginia (Quaglioto) Lanoue.
Carol is survived by her uncle Anthony Quaglioto of Longmeadow, an aunt Claire Dunn of Marlborough, her siblings Tracy Gallagher of Natick, Greg Lanoue of Natick and Jeff McLeod of Wayland. She is also survived by her extended family including cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Her family is grateful for the support of her friends Pat DeFrancisco, Lorraine Wightman-Evans and Laura Marino Dean during her illness.
She has been a longtime resident of Marlborough and prior to her illness was a Quality Analyst Document Coordinator for the Coventry Company of Burlington. She was devoted to her family and cared for them over the years. Carol loved animals especially her dog Buster. She will be greatly missed by all of the lives that she touched in her forty seven years.
A Memorial Mass celebrating Carol’s life, and that of her mother Virginia (Quaglioto) Lanoue who died in July of 2013 and her sister Cheryl A. (Lanoue) Titlebaum who died in May of 2011, will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 9:00 am at the Immaculate Conception Parish, 11 Prospect Street, Marlborough.
Interment will be held at a later date in St. Michael’s Cemetery in Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Carol’s memory may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
