Mary Jane Theberge, 71, of Bellingham MA and a former resident of Laconia died October 9, 2004 in the Milford-Whitinsville Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born in Laconia on July 22, 1933, the daughter of William and Marie (Ferland) Lapierre.
She was raised in Laconia and was graduated from Laconia High School in 1952. For several years she was employed as a secretary at the former Laconia State School and Training Center. She has resided in Bellingham for the past 10 years. Mrs. Theberge was employed as a Nurse’s Aide at the AD Care Hospital in Worcester MA until illness forced her retirement in 1992.
Devoted to her children and grandchildren, she was an avid soap opera fan.
Family members include a daughter, Bonnie Patrick of Millville Ma; a son Joseph Theberge of Hudson MA; five grandchildren, Kerri Patrick, Dustin Patrick, Chris Theberge, Cody Theberge and Courtney Theberge; several cousins.
A calling hour was held in the Simoneau & Lambert Funeral Home, 139 Church St. on Thursday from 9 to 10 AM, immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Ave. Rev. Adrien Longchamps, pastor was the celebrant. Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
