Mark S. Woisard, 32, of Fenwood Avenue, Smithfield, died Monday, January 6, 2014.
Born in Providence, he was a son of Joyce Woisard of Boca Raton, FL and Anthony Gallagher of Scituate. He had lived in Smithfield his whole life.
He was a loving and caring father, an avid Dallas Cowboys and Red Sox fan. He enjoyed spending time at the gym and most especially time with his family and many friends, including his nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he is survived by his children: Austin DosSantos of Smithfield and Isabella Woisard of Greenville, his siblings: Jamie Jaswell of Coral Gables, FL, Jonathan Jaswell of North Providence, Max Gallagher of Scituate and Sierra Rambone of Scituate, grandmothers, Ethel Fontaine of Woonsocket and Maryjane Gallagher of Smithfield, his uncle, Dennis Woisard, with whom he lived and his aunt, Linda Lawless. He was the brother of the late Michael Jaswell and grandson of the late David Woisard and Robert Gallagher.
His funeral service will be held Saturday at 9 am in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Visitation Friday 4-7pm.
