Halen Belvin Wendelgast, 64, passed away Friday, January 3, 2014 at Jewish Hospital. He was a former Director of Continuous Improvement for Bremner, Inc. and a Marine veteran of Vietnam. He is survived by his loving wife, Pamila (Stevens) Wendelgast; children, Ursula Alexander (Lane), Vanessa Chavez , Amy Jo Simms and Christopher “Chris” Bruce (Michelle); brother, Harvey Wendelgast and 12 grandchildren. His funeral will be 11am Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Central. Visitation will be 11am to 8 pm Tuesday.
