Obituary

Tullio “Til” Francario, age 96 of Brockton died Monday December 30, 2013 at Life Care Center of Plymouth after a brief illness. He was the loving husband of the late Roberta (Toomey) Francario. He was born in Quincy, a son of the late Nunzio and Alice Francario. A 1935 graduate of Quincy High School, he was an excellent athlete playing all high school sports and semi pro hockey.
He retired as a ship building supervisor with General Dynamics at Fore River Shipyard after 45 years of service. He enjoyed horse and dog racing and was a regular visitor at the Raynham Taunton Dog track.
He was the devoted father of Roberta Camillone and her husband Nicholas of Brockton and Constance DeSimone and her husband Theodore of W. Yarmouth; loving Grampy of Kelly Camillone and her husband Kirk Bernier, Toby Camillone, Tammy Camillone and her husband James Cully, Christopher DeSimone and his wife Christine, Gina Boyle and her husband Tommy and Jodi DeSimone and her partner Tyson Colton; loving great Grampy of Cory and Taylor DeSimone, Presley and Italia Mahanna and Gia Colton; brother of Iris Perry of Mashpee and the late Aldo Francario. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday 9:30 to 11am. Funeral Service at 11am followed by burial in Melrose Cemetery. Donations in Tullio’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38105.
