Obituary

Marilyn R. Loadwick, of Livermore Falls, ME passed away peacefully on December 23rd at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta, Maine. She was 76. Marilyn was the beloved wife for 57 years of Edwin A. Loadwick. Born in Boston on January 21, 1937 she was one of three children of the late John F. and Catherine (Ficcara) Kelley.

Marilyn was a former resident of Wilmington, Tewksbury and also lived in Port Charlotte and Ft. Myers, FL for a number of years. She worked various jobs throughout her life, from running a chicken farm to singing karaoke. Her last place of employment was Fosters Mill in Maine.

In her leisure time she loved to sing, crochet, cook, entertain and be surrounded by her family and friends. Marilyn was a sweet, kind and caring woman who always had a smile on her face and a song in her heart. She touched the soul of everyone she came in contact with and will be greatly missed.

Along with her husband, Marilyn is survived by her devoted sister Alice A. Wentzell and her husband Clayton of Wilmington. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. In addition to her late parents, she is predeceased by her brother, John F. Kelley and his late wife Elta E. (Loadwick) Kelley.

A funeral service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 374 Main St., WILMINGTON, Monday, December 30th, at 1 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Services will conclude with burial in the family lot at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.
