Diersing, Andrew Edward Jr., 86, of Custer, Ky. passed away Wednesday December 25, 2013 at the V.A. Medical Center.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and retired as an assistant principal at Butler High School.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane (Martin) Diersing.
Survivors include his two children, Mary Ann Crowdis (Robert) & Andrew E. Diersing III (Trina); a sister, Thelma Fletcher; six grandchildren, Danielle, Wesley, Jack, Kaelyn, Linda Jane & Andrew IV; three great grandchildren, Jimmy, Mary Jane & Skylar.
Funeral services will be held 9:30 am Monday at St. Louis Bertrand 1104 S. 6th Street. Visitation will be 2:00 – 7:00 pm Sunday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy.
