Obituary

William J. Feeney age 88 of Canton passed away December 25th at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Boston, he graduated from S. Boston High School. He was a Army Veteran of WW II. Mr. Feeney worked as a Stationary Engineer for the State Trial Court for 55 years before retiring. He has lived in Canton since 1968 and was a member of the South Boston Yacht Club. Beloved husband of Mary F. (Donohue). Father of Kevin T. and William F. Feeney both of Canton. Brother of Col. Paul Feeney, retired U. S. Army of Canton, Robert C. Feeney of Squantum, Eleanor Mahoney of Hingham, Joseph Feeney of Squantum and the late Marguerite Horrigan, Edward Feeney, Ruth Sullivan, Leo Feeney, Francis Feeney and Dorothy Mulcahy. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Sunday 3-7 pm. Funeral mass at St. Gerard Majella Church Canton Monday morning at 10. Burial St. Joseph’s Cemetery, W.
