Delia Lott, age 80, of Douglas, GA passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2013, at Regency Hospital in Macon, GA following a brief illness. Ms. Lott was born on January 24, 1933, in Ocilla, GA to the late Benjamin Chaney and Olive Harper Chaney.
Survivors include: her daughter, Shirley (Rev. Floyd) Musgrove of Nicholls, GA, two sons, Michael (Marilyn) Lott of Ambrose, GA and Tommy (Joann) Lott of Douglas, GA, two brothers, J.T. Chaney of Ocilla, GA and Jerry Chaney of Missouri, sister, Glynn Ray Hutto of Ocilla, GA, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Dwight Lott.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2013 from 6-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Non Denominational Church with Rev. George Carroll Paulk and Rev. Allen Arrwood officiating. Interment will follow at Griffin Cemetery.
