Little Master Juan Raul Ortega, age 22 months, of Douglas, GA passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013, at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Little Master Ortega was born on January 28, 2012, in Ocilla, GA to Rodolfo Ortega and Maritza Rodriguez.
Survivors include: his parents, Rodolfo Ortega and Maritza Rodriguez of Douglas, GA, brother, Daniel Rodriguez of Douglas, GA, two sisters, Adeline Rodriguez and Iriaria Ortega both of Douglas, GA, grandparents, Jesus and Maria Trevino of Douglas, GA and Rodalfo and Irma Ortega of Broxton, GA, great grandparents, Agustin Delarosa, Micaela Sanchez, Roberto and Hilaria Ortega, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2013 from 6 pm until at St. Raymond Catholic Church.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Raymond Catholic Church with Father Rafael Estrada officiating. Interment will follow at Broxton City Cemetery.
