Elaine J. (Lafond) King, age77, of Salem, NH died Wednesday at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA.
She was born in Lawrence, MA where she grew up and attended schools and graduated from Lawrence High School, later moving to Salem where she has lived for the past 30 years. She retired from the IRS in Andover, MA after 30 years where she was a supervisor in the Accounting Technician Unit SUP.
She was a member of the Mary Queen of Peace Church. She attended the Salem Senior Citizens Center. She enjoyed ceramics, sewing, camping crocheting and she loved to yard sale.
She was the widow of William King.

Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral Mass on Friday Oct. 8, 2004 at 12 PM at Mary Queen Of Peace Church in Salem, NH followed by burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery in No. Andover, MA.
