Jeffrey T. Haslam passed away at home on Sunday December 15, 2013.
He is survived by his mother, Madeline Henderson and her husband Bill; his wife, Jo-Ann and her family; his sister, Linda Rosario and her husband Joe; his nephews, Kevin and Nick; and his beloved companion and caregiver of nine years, Ellen Hogan.
He was predeceased by his father George Haslam.
