Marie E. (Mulreany) Hanna, 74, a resident of Lawrence, Massachusetts, passed away on Sunday, December 8th, 2013 at the Wingate at Andover.
She was born on May 25th, 1939 in Lawrence, daughter of the late Veronica “Vera” (Griffin”) and James T. Mulreany. Marie was educated in Saint Mary’s Grammar School and was a graduate of Lawrence High School. She worked in inventory control for Raytheon in Andover for some 35 years. Marie was a parishioner of Saint Mary’s Church in Lawrence.
She was a committee chairperson for the Boy Scouts of America, and was a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians Division 8. According to her family she loved her dogs, enjoyed yard sailing and was a huge Elvis Presley Fan and loved his music. She also enjoyed doing ceramics as well as gardening.

Her sister Caroline Anzalone and her husband Gerald of Walpole, MA

Marie was the sister of the late Albert “Shorty” Mulreany

Her funeral services will follow immediately after the calling hours at 12:00 noon in the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Lawrence, Massachusetts.
