Gloria E. Adams, 79 of Derry, NH passed away peacefully on December 7, 2013 in the Pleasant Valley Nursing Center, Derry. Gloria was born in Kearney, NE on April 17, 1934, daughter of the late Frank and Edith M. (Harrold) Johnson. She was raised and educated in Kearney, NE. She resided in Derry for the past 25 years, formerly living in Green Cove Springs, FL for 10 years. Gloria was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother. She loved music and enjoyed making people laugh.
She is survived by her daughter, Christine Robb of Manchester, NH; two sons, Nicholas Adams and his wife Katla of Murrysville, PA, and Greg Adams of Pelham, NH; 13 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons, James Adams in 2001, and Robert Adams in 1983, with whom she is now reunited.
Following cremation, graveside services will be held in the spring in Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry, NH. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is assisting the family with arrangements.
