ASH SR, Guy Fredrick, 82, of Louisville, passed away Friday, December 6, 2013.
He retired from Ford Motor Company and was also a Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Incarnation Catholic Church and UAW 862.
Mr. Ash was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Rose Ash; and four brothers.
He is survived by his children, Sharon Rose Peters (Steven), Guy Fredrick Ash, Jr. (Laurie), Terrie Darlene Webster (Steve), and Chad Allen Ash; grandchildren, Troy Ash, Dennis Couch (Ashlee), Jason Ash, Katrina Curtis (Ian), Gregory Ash (Bethany), Angelina Lione (Ezra), Samantha Ash (Shane), Nichole Allen (Willy), and Donnie Webster; great grandchildren, Josh, Jade, Zollen, Brayden and three on the way; brothers, Bob, Albert, Steve, and Mike Ash; and sisters, Martha Ward, Mary Ann Cobble, Therese McIntosh, Pat Rider, and Bernie Riggs.
His service will be 12 Noon Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Ash Cemetery in Shepherdsville. Visitation will be 1-8pm Tuesday and Wednesday at the funeral home.
