Jeanne P. Irwin, 67, passed away peacefully, in her home, on Sunday, December 1, 2013, after a lingering illness. Jeanne was born in South Weymouth, MA on October 7, 1946, a daughter of the late Albert E and Josephine (Love) Irwin. She had been a resident of Londonderry, NH for the past 22 years, formerly living in North Conway, NH. Jeanne was a graduate of Hingham High School, Hingham MA and Mt Ida College, Newton, MA. She was a valued friend and employee at IBM in Bedford, NH for 20 years. Jeanne loved the White Mountains’ recreational attractions, fall foliage and the sea coast of the south shore of MA.
She is survived by two siblings: Janice M. Magner and husband James A. III of Scituate, MA and Judith Irwin Brooks of Mansfield, MA. Jeanne leaves three nephews, two nieces, three grand nieces and two grand nephews. Jeanne is predeceased by her brother John A. Irwin of Cohasset, MA.
A memorial service will be held at St Jude’s Parish Community, 435 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 11:00am. All are invited to join the family in celebrating Jeanne’s life, for brunch, at Mountain Home Estates Club House, Fieldstone Drive, Londonderry, following the service.
